Happy Days #1

This link is aimed to inspire everyone to make the most of each day and plan for the coming week. I linked up with Tiny foot steps and what katy said hosts of #happydays.

Out and About

This week we spent a lot of time at my Nan’s because my uncle came to visit from London. We went shopping today too and I happened upon a sale in Tesco’s – I have no willpower! I lasted one whole day without buy A clothes!

Fun at home

Aidan has not stopped ‘talking’ this week, it’s been great to listen to. He spent 45 minutes in the bath last night ‘singing’ to himself. He’s also almost rolling over. These things have made our house very fun recently.
We also started watching season 2 of The Blacklist which I cannot get enough of – my most fun moment of this week!

Time for me

I hardly ever take time for me and I probably should make time to do it because I need it! When A goes down at night I make myself a cup of tea and watch youtube vlogs for about an hour before I find something that needs to be done. It’s almost as if for that one hour I am in my own bubble with nothing else to think about.. then POP! something bursts my bubble.

Happiest Moment

Discovering the beginning of Aidan’s first tooth! Also getting a new set of cleaning supplies, I am obsessed with cleaning and panic of my things start to run out – yeah I am so weird but we all are a little weird, right?

Next Week

I don’t have any plans for this week yet. The Autumn weather is starting to creep in so I think I will be getting out of the house as much as I can before the typical Irish weather arrives.

Until next time,
El x

  1. I have no willpower when it comes to baby clothes either – especially if they’re in the sale! 😉
Oh, I understand the need for a good cleaning supply, I’m forever buying cloths, sprays and God knows what else!
I love watching vlogs too, wish I was brave enough to make my own! Thanks so much for linking up with #HappyDaysLinky. Can’t wait to read more of your happy days posts in the future! 🙂

  2. Haha do you know I have the same problem with toilet rolls- if they go below a stack of 5 I have a panic and rush out to buy another pack of 24! Hope you manage to make the best of the good weather this week although I think the cold may be upon us before we know it!! Thanks for joining in with #HappyDaysLinky and hope to see you next week!

  3. I love baby babble! My little one must be a few weeks younger than Aidan and some days he is so noisy … can’t wait until it turns into proper words (although we’ll be waiting a while!) I have the same problem with clothes too, especially if there’s a sale on as it seems wrong to leave things behind if they’re reduced xx
